Mrakotin Granite

also known as Mrakotin Stone, South Bohemian Granite, Czech White Granite

Quarried in the Vysocina Highlands of the Czech Republic, Mrakotin is one of the classic Central European granites: coarse-grained, light grey to silver-white with a bold crystal pattern. Used in the Czech National Theatre in Prague, public monuments and paving across Bohemia and Moravia. Robust appearance, excellent mechanical strength and resistance to weathering.
