Strzegom Granite

The granite of Lower Silesia. The Strzegom district in southwest Poland is one of Europe's most productive granite quarrying regions, with active quarries worked since medieval times. Strzegom granite is a medium-grained, homogeneous light grey to silvery-white stone with excellent mechanical strength and frost resistance. Widely specified for public spaces, facade cladding and exterior paving across Central Europe and increasingly for premium residential interiors in the USA.
